Do you have a paper catalog? We do not have a paper catalog. We have far too many one-of-a-kind items to put a paper catalog together, we would never be finished! Call or email if you are looking for something in particular, we just may have it or know where to send you to find it. |
Which methods of payment do you accept at Native American Nations? We accept cash, check, and credit cards in the store. We accept credit cards over the phone, checks and money orders via snail mail. Please do not snail mail cash! We will wait for checks to clear before shipping any items ordered.< |
How do I order items using my personal check or money order?Call us first at 406-254-1019 so we can give you a price including shipping. Once you have the final price, simply mail your order with a check payable to "Indian Nations" to Native American Nations Trading Post, 207 N. Broadway, Suite 130, Billings, MT 59101. Be sure to include your name, shipping address, and contact number in case we need to contact you about your order. |
How do I fax my order to you?We are curently not accepting fax orders. |
Will I receive a receipt for my order?Yes, if you purchase using a credit card in the store or via phone. Receipts are available upon request for mail order items. |
When and how will my order ship? This very much depends on the item/s being shipped. We use USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Valuable items are always insured. We prefer not to ship Collector's items where possible and encourage collection of very delicate items, very old collectors pieces, or large items. Talk to Daryl at 406-254-1019 about the best way to get your purchase to you. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. |
What is your returns policy? All sales are final. Should you have a problem with anything purchased from our store, please call Daryl at 406-254-1019 to discuss the problem before returning any items and to choose between a store credit or exchange. |
What is your Privacy Policy? Here at Indian Nations Trading Post we respect your privacy and will never sell or rent your e-mail address or any other information you give us about you, to a third party. We do not collect e-mail addresses. We do collect other information purely for our own statistical purposes. This information is not shared with anyone but is used to develop our web site with our visitors preferences in mind. |
What is the Many Trails Collection? The Many Trails Collection is named after one of our crafters, but also after the many trails travelled to collect and build up the collection.
Our products are mostly Native American Indian made, used, or previously owned. Unless we know positively the individual nation, the name of the maker, or if it was created by another race, the item will be marked "N.I.M." Non-indian Made - "Repo" - Reproduction - 0r "Origin Unknown."
Sometimes it is very difficult to put an exact date or name of the creator on certain items, so we do rely heavily on the source from which they come.
The scarcity and collector demand on American Indian artifacts have made them very difficult to find and expensive to purchase. For a fraction of the price you could own a reproduction that you might even view in some of our better American Indian Museums.
Thanks so much for shopping with us. :)

Is your Sterling Silver Jewelry NA made? Our sterling silver jewelry comes from a number of different sources. Our Navajo and Zuni jewelry is from Gallup, New Mexico. We have a small amount of Santo Domingo and Hopi jewelry on occasion. We also have a small collection of "Non-indian made" jewelry. NOTE: We wholesale South Western silver jewelry only. |
What if I have a different question? If you have a question or concern that has not been answered here, please us with your question and we will respond as soon as we can. |
